Cancellation Policy
All subscription cancellations must be made through your payment provider’s platform (e.g., Stripe). We do not process cancellations on your behalf, and it is the subscriber’s responsibility to manage and cancel subscriptions directly via their payment dashboard.
Immediate Cancellation
If you require immediate cancellation of your service and deletion of your account credentials (username and password), please contact us directly. We will process account deletions and related actions as quickly as possible, typically within 24 to 72 hours.
Standard Cancellation
When you cancel through Stripe or your payment provider, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. After that, your service access will end automatically.
Important Notes
- Failure to cancel via your payment provider will result in continued charges. We are not responsible for any payments processed after your intended cancellation date.
- If you are charged after cancellation or by mistake, please refer to our Refund Policy for instructions on how to request a refund.
- We do not store your payment information, so all billing management is handled exclusively through your payment provider.
Stripe Subscription Management

We take your privacy seriously and will promptly remove your account credentials upon request, but please allow up to 72 hours for full processing.
